ITC-Foundation:
Under direct supervision of the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Analyst/Programmer analyzes, designs, develops, integrates, and supports enterprise-wide computing applications that support core University business processes with an emphasis on the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System, Perceptive Content, and its various components including but not limited to Business Insight, Intelligent Capture, Transform, Perceptive Data Transfer, and Passport.

ITC-Career:
Under general supervision, this position provides on-going technical and analytic support for enterprise-wide computing applications that support core University business processes with an emphasis on the analysis, development, administration and support of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System (AKA document imaging), Perceptive Content and the Intelligent Capture for Transcripts (ICT) module within Perceptive Content. As a career-level position, this position works relatively independently and possesses the experience to be fully proficient in performing most or all of the work assignments defined for the position. Typical duties include; analyzing, developing, integrating, and supporting systems and technology-based solutions to meet the users needs including application development, associated databases, and related systems.

Required Education:

FOUNDATION LEVEL
Requires the equivalent to a bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent training and applied experience.

CAREER LEVEL
Requires the equivalent to a bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline,
AND
Two years of full-time experience related to application development and support.
OR
Six years of full-time experience related to application development and support.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
lncumbent/applicant will need to be able to perform the essential job functions (duties) of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. This position alternates between remaining in a stationary position operating a personal computer for long periods of time and frequently moving about inside the office. Must be able to travel across campus to other offices and buildings on campus for meetings and events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Position involves frequent interaction with other members of the technical team, with other members of the Information Resources (IRES) organization, and with functional and technical members of the campus community. Work is performed on standard office equipment.
