Compensation: Starting $5,266 per month (range 22, step 1).

Benefits:

Position Details:
One regular, categorically-funded, full-time position, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year on the Oceanside campus. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The person selected for this position will be subject to assignment to any district facility during any hours of operation. The position is expected to be funded through June 2021. Continued employment in this position after June 2021 is contingent upon availability of funding and satisfactory performance in accordance with district standards.

Basic Function:
Under general supervision, assist with the work-based learning and student employment programs; act as lead for technical aspects of program; plan and implement services in the Career Center; implement the training program for student Career Peers; perform administrative support and related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
To be eligible for this position, you must meet and provide evidence of the following minimum qualifications:

Graduation from an associate degree program and one year of related work experience in career services;

Or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
